To date, no topical anesthetics are specifically FDA approved for use in permanent cosmetics or tattooing. Use of such products is considered off label use.The FDA does not regulate the end-use of a specific OTC product. Users of OTC drugs (whether health care or other licensed professionals) necessarily take on the obligation of using them properly.
This cream anesthetic comes in a 7/8 oz jar and contains lidocaine and tetracaine. It is for use BEFORE A PAINFUL PROCEDURE. Safe for eyeliner.

Super T cream
This (7/8 oz. size) cream anesthetic is for use BEFORE A PAINFUL PROCEDURE. This is our most powerful predeadener, and is a favorite of body modification specialists. It is very effective on lip tattooing, although care should be taken to avoid getting it in the mouth. NOT for use around eyes.
