| Derm
Ease Roller - (ID
#126TTD) |
|
This device is designed to enhance the penetration of topical anesthetics and medically effective skin care productsinto the dermal base.
With 198
gold plated stainless steel micro-points,
the Derm Ease Roller enhances
absorption more quickly and intensely into the dermis, while
increasing collagen and elastin production.
Using precise mechanical engineering methods, individual stainless
steel pins, gold plated with 14kt gold to make them non-allergenic
to human tissue, are attached to a sterile and re-sanitizable
polymer roller on a convenient handle. The underlying concept
of the Derm Ease Roller is that the multiple needles create micro-inflammation
of the dermis while passing through and doing minimal damage
to the epidermis. Consequently, the epidermis remains intact
while the tiny mico-holes created by the roller allow topicals
to penetrate into the dermis. Whether using the Derm Ease Roller
for the application of topical anesthetics or to aid in the penetration
of other topical creams and ointments, new collagen and elastin
production is induced, an intrinsic property of all healthy skin.
DIRECTIONS:
BODY
WORK:
After degreasing the skin with an alcohol prep pad, exfoliate the
skin with a foam resurfacer or other exfoliating method. Roll the
Derm Ease Roller with light pressure in a cross-hatched pattern
across the area to be treated. Apply your topical anesthetic (Blue
Gel or Zone 2), re-roll the skin, occlude and wait 10 minutes.
Remove topicals and clean the skin before beginning work.
BROWS:
After exfoliating your skin with a foam resurfacer, clean the skin,
and lightly roll the Derm Ease Roller in a cross hatched pattern
across the brow. Apply your secondary anesthetic (Blue Gel or Zone
2), re-roll the skin, occlude and wait 5 minutes.
LIPS:
Exfoliate the edges of the lip with your foam resurfacer. Cleanse
the area with SJ3 and then lightly roll the Derm Ease Roller across
the lip from the outside to the inside and then up and down. Apply
your secondary anesthetic (Blue Gel or Zone 2), re-roll the skin,
occlude and wait 10 minutes.
FOR EXTREMELY SENSITIVE SKIN:
After exfoliating the skin with your foam resurfacer, clean the
skin and apply Super T, Pro Plus or Zone 1. Wait 5 minutes. Remove
the predeadener and lightly roll the Derm Ease Roller in a cross-hatched
pattern across the skin. Apply your secondary anesthetic (Blue
Gel or Zone 2), re-roll the skin, occlude and wait 10 minutes. |

INSTRUCTIONS
FOR CARE:
The DERM
EASE ROLLER comes with a protective cover
and can be sanitized in this cover. After each use, clean
in an ultrasonic cleaner or with an intermediate EPA registered
tuberculocidal disinfectant, rinse with distilled water,
and then dry store in an airtight container, such as the
container it arrived in, being careful not to damage the
points. Immediately prior to a procedure, use the DeGerminator
UV Germicidal Device to kill bacteria and viruses. Despite
the kill rate of 99.9% for the DeGerminator, it is not
a substitute for sterilization. If your Derm Ease Roller
is exposed to blood, or breaks the skin, you must either
discard it, or disinfect and sterilize it in an EO gas
sterilizer or in a liquid sterilant. This roller cannot
be heat sterilized. Doing so will irreparably damage it.
The tips of the Derm Ease Roller should be good for up
to a year’s use. Always check your device through
a loop prior to use.
WARNINGS: Do
not use the DERM EASE ROLLER around
the eyes, or on multiple clients.
Do not use on irritated skin, open
wounds or active acne blemishes.
Do not use with topical prescription
drugs. Do not use around eye area.
Do not use the roller on children
or animals. Keep out of reach of
children. |
